Can everyone craft a sustainable career?

In November 2023, Dr. Jos Akkermans (Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Organization, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) held a keynote talk during the Austrian Euroguidance conference, where he discussed some of the latest research in the area of sustainable careers with an audience of more than 80 educational guidance professionals and career counselors.
