2025 - Guidance in Vocational Education and Training – Zagreb, Croatia
Cross Border Seminar 2025 addressed the topic of “Guidance in Vocational Education and Training (VET)”, considering the unique context of vocational schools where students had already embarked on their desired career path. The seminar brought together over 70 career guidance professionals, policy-makers, and vocational education and training (VET) experts from 14 European countries, and served as a platform for sharing innovative practices, fostering international cooperation, and exploring the evolving role of guidance in VET. By bringing together diverse perspectives, from national practices to the broader European dimension, the seminar contributed to shaping more inclusive and forward-looking guidance systems across Europe.
