Career Science Days is an initiative aimed at raising awareness and educating high school students about sustainable careers and environmental sciences. The goal of the event is to provide students with information about green job opportunities, encourage their interest in scientific disciplines related to ecology, and motivate them to actively participate in environmental protection.

The event is intended for all approximately 400 students in the 2nd and 3rd grades of the school. The variety of topics covered in discussions, lectures, and workshops allows each student to choose an area of interest close to them, and through their active participation, develop values and attitudes that promote a sustainable lifestyle and a responsible approach to the environment.

The event was created as a response to the current challenge and need for sustainable development, and the necessity to prepare future generations for careers that support ecological and sustainable values. The benefit of the event also lies in connecting students with inspiring experts from various fields through workshops, lectures, and discussions, which aims to provoke a shift in their perspective on their future profession in the context of sustainable living. It also provides space for the development of green skills, enabling them to implement their own innovative eco-projects.

The project is innovative and unique in its non-coercive approach to implementation and the integration of ecological topics into the concept of guidance in school practice, as a tool for green career counseling with young people. Additionally, it connects to global dimensions, which is unusual for career counseling in schools.
