Academia Study Exchange Programmes 2026: Open for Application

The Academia study exchange programme offers career guidance practitioners the opportunity to participate in learning mobility in another European country. The aim of the programme is to network European guidance practitioners in the field of lifelong guidance and to promote the exchange of best practices from guidance practice.

As part of Academia, career guidance practitioners can apply for 3- to 4-day study visits taking place between March and May 2026. During the study visit, participants will gain insight into the education and guidance system of the respective country. The guidance practitioners will visit various organisations that are particularly active in the fields of employment, school, vocational and adult education.

The application process is organised individually by each country. Please contact the national coordinator in your country for information about the process.
