Prepare 5 cards to be placed on the floor, each has one level written on it (Identity; Beliefs; Skills; Behaviour; Environment). Place the labels in vertical line one step from each other.

Print out guiding questions for facilitating reflection on each level.

The client defines the change they want to make, vision they would like to achieve.

Ask the client to stand next to the highest label (Identiy, mission, vision), and ask to visualise  them the change (goal) achieved. Start asking the questions of the 1st block, take notes while they share.

Take steps backwards, and ask (some of the) questions from each block. Take notes.

After the vision backcasting, ask the client to reflect, and to wrap up and fix the plan for  the next steps.
