The Commission is hosting the conference "ESCO: connecting people and jobs" on 9 and 10 of October 2017 at the Square meeting centre in Brussels. The Commission invites stakeholders to this conference to discuss how the European classification of Skills, Competences, Occupations and Qualifications (ESCO) can contribute to reduce labour market imbalances and increase occupational and geographical mobility in the EU.
