In October, Euroguidance Estonia, marked its 25th anniversary with the “Career Specialist Identity Conference: Navigating the Labyrinth of Professionalism”. The conference delved into the intricacies of a career professional’s identity: exploring its nuances within the Estonian community, focusing on participants’ individual professional identities, and developing their skills.
