IAEVG International Conference 2026 - Navigating the Future

Hosted by the Careers and Transition Education Association of New Zealand, the IAEVG Conference 2026 will take place from 25–27 November 2026 at the New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland. This major international gathering will bring together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and educators to explore innovative practice, research, and policy in educational, vocational, and career guidance.

The conference theme, Navigating the Future, is inspired by the way Pacific ancestors traversed the ocean guided by the stars. The theme reflects a shared journey toward new horizons in guidance theory, practice, research, and global collaboration.

Alongside a comprehensive scientific and professional programme, the conference will provide opportunities for participants to engage with colleagues from around the world through interactive sessions, panels, and forums designed to encourage meaningful dialogue and exchange.
