FP CONECTA – Promoting Vocational Training in Spain
The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports carries out different actions to promote the new Vocational Training system.
The virtual platform FP Conecta is the new official communication channel of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports to learn about the opportunities offered by Vocational Training in Spain.
From 1st September 2024, it has been carrying out the process of implementing the new Vocational Training System in Spain. Therefore, the organisation of the Vocational Training System is in the process of change.
It allows people to find out about the latest developments and connect with the agents that make quality, modern Vocational Training possible, at the service of citizens: centres, public administrations, teachers, students, companies and organisations, workers, among others.
Vocational training is constantly being updated and offers training for young people and workers. It also opens a wide range of opportunities for people to access the training they need at any given time.
In FP Conecta you can find up-to-date information on vocational training offers and allows people to connect with those profiles that interest them most.
This initiative is part of the Spanish Government's Vocational Training Modernisation Plan designed in 2020 to guarantee a new quality system, in accordance with the needs of the current labour market and in which all the agents involved are connected.
What are its objectives?
