Centre for Validation of The centre validates immigrant skills and previous education

craftsmen with training in validation procedures. There is

There is regular reporting to senior officials and
policy/political leaders, twice a year. Users and professionals
are surveyed on satisfaction with the process.

programmes are funded by the European social fund and
regional budgets. Stakeholders include: the Ministry of
Labour, Social Security and Welfare, municipalities, centres
of lifelong learning.

Project on promoting The project provides training and specialised support to
multiculturalism funded experts in multicultural guidance and counselling, so that
by LLP/Euroguidance they can act as multipliers in diverse fields (education,
project, Greece training, employment), by training other professionals,
teachers, advisers, and counsellors: adapted guidance
methodologies and tools to the Greek context; assessed
training needs; training for trainers courses; training to
counsellors; reviewed available e-guidance tools. The
experts involved have academic/research profiles in
multicultural guidance. The initiative was advertised on
EOPPEP websites, in targeted e-mails to potential clients,
and presentations in seminars.
