Investing in Career Guidance 2021

Investing in Career Guidance is a publication that was produced by the Inter-Agency Working Group on Career Guidance, consisting of the European Commission, EU agencies ETF and Cedefop, the International Labour Organisation, OECD, UNESCO and the World Bank Group.

Career Guidance empower workers to identify career opportunities and act upon them. It contributes to strong national skills systems and enhances access of all workers to lifelong learning solutions, contributing to a just transition to digital rich and environmentally sustainable societies. This leaflet advocates for quality career guidance for workers in the framework of lifelong guidance systems, describes how workers can benefit and the main ingredients that contribute to quality in career guidance.
