On 10 September 2025 at 09:00 the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will deliver her State of the Union (SOTEU) Adress to the European Parliament. It is an annual speech setting her priorities for the Union for the year ahead. It is a key moment in EU’s democracy - an opportunity to
