In an effort to strengthen their partnership and share knowledge and experience, representatives from Bulgaria and North Macedonia gathered for a study visit in Sofia last week. The focus of the visit was on exchanging good practices in the fields of Euroguidance and Europass, which are two European initiatives that aim to support career development and mobility in education and training.
During the visit, the representatives from North Macedonia visited two career centers at two state universities in Sofia, St. Kliment Ohridski University and The University of National and World Economy. The Bulgarian colleagues from Europass and Euroguidance also presented good practices from their country. The discussions centered on how to better support students and young people in their career development, and how to improve the quality of education and training.
The study visit was a part of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the two National Agencies last year. The Memorandum aims to promote cooperation and exchange of information between the two countries in the field of education and training.
The exchange of good practices was seen as an opportunity to learn from each other and to strengthen the ties between the two countries. The representatives from both countries expressed their satisfaction with the visit and their desire to continue the cooperation in the future.
Overall, the study visit was a success, and it is hoped that it will lead to more collaboration and exchange of good practices between Bulgaria and North Macedonia in the future.
