Recognising and addressing key career guidance competencies - Euroguidance Serbia

The Euroguidance network in the scope of its activities related to supporting the development of practitioners competencies hosted a webinar presented by Euroguidance centre in Serbia. During the webinar, hosts presented 'Standards of career guidance and counselling services'- a policy document developed in Serbia with the aim to support development and improvement of career guidance system as a whole. One part of the document is dedicated to standards of competencies of career guidance practitioners that can serve as a guideline for the self-assessment of career guidance practitioners but is also a guideline for the organisation of Euroguidance Serbia activities.
