Description of the practice*- Awareness campaign on the importance of completing university studies;- Informing stakeholders involved in the project (students, teachers, business representatives) about the benefits of reducing the dropout rate, in order to meet the need for labor;- Designing support materials, in order to raise awareness of the risk of university dropout among first-year students;- Implementing remedial programs for students;- Developing and implementing a guidance and support program (tutoring);- Guiding and supporting students at high risk of dropping out for better insertion in the labor market;- Professional counseling and career guidance activities;- Testing motivational skills/interests; identifying and clarifying professional interests; developing a personality profile for students in the target group; - Developing guides and guidance and counseling tools;- Counseling students on the risks and consequences of dropping out of school;- Career guidance;- Designing and implementing coaching, personal development and socio-emotional skills development activities..
