The Career Discovery Through Online Games project offers an innovative way for young people aged 11–15 to begin exploring their future career paths. The platform features four interactive games that guide students through key decisions about their education and professional interests in a fun, engaging, and accessible format.

The first game, Career Crossroads, introduces students to important career-related questions. They can ask the AI virtual career expert about various professions, educational pathways, personal interests, or school options, receiving answers based on the comprehensive information from the Mojaizbira.si website. This game encourages critical thinking and helps students frame the questions they need to ask when choosing their future profession.

My Dream Job allows students to envision their ideal work environment and daily tasks. By designing their dream job through images and descriptions, students can actively engage with their ambitions. They create a personalized vision of their future, which they can print and display, serving as a daily reminder of their potential and career goals.

In Exploring My Career, students sharpen their knowledge of different professions by matching visual cues with job descriptions. This memory and association-based game encourages students to think quickly and accurately, connecting characteristics with the right professions. The element of timed competition adds a layer of excitement and learning motivation.

The final game, How Well Do I Know the Path I’m Taking?, is a quiz designed to test students' knowledge of their educational options and available career paths. With both easy and challenging levels, the quiz helps students discover new information about their career prospects while fostering a spirit of competition among peers.

All four games are available on the Mojaizbira.si website, which also offers over 500 detailed descriptions of various vocations and a comprehensive list of schools that provide education for these careers. This project complements traditional career guidance, offering young people the opportunity to explore their future in a playful yet meaningful context.
