Go!ForAll is an interactive group game designed to raise awareness of inclusion in internationalisation among education professionals. By stepping into the shoes of fictional students, participants experience the barriers that learners may face before, during and after a study or internship abroad. Through guided scenarios and team-based reflection, the game fosters a deeper understanding of how personal circumstances, backgrounds and support needs can influence access to international opportunities. In doing so, it encourages participants to think critically about equity and inclusion in mobility programmes.

The game is primarily aimed at professionals in secondary and higher education who are involved in supporting student mobility, including teachers, supervisors, policy officers and administrative staff. During a 90-minute facilitated session, participants work in teams, each representing a student persona. As the game progresses, the facilitator introduces realistic situations that highlight challenges related to accessibility, participation and support. This structure stimulates dialogue and the exchange of practical ideas for more inclusive approaches to internationalisation.

Developed by the Expertise Centre of Inclusive Education (ECIO) in collaboration with Nuffic, Go!ForAll is grounded in research and real-life experiences of students and professionals. The game provides concrete tools and inspiration to help institutions identify underrepresented groups and address barriers to participation. By increasing awareness and encouraging reflection, Go!ForAll supports education professionals in creating more inclusive international learning experiences, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to develop valuable international competences.

All materials for playing the game can be downloaded for free on the websites of ECIO and Nuffic.
