Long term strategy for raising the quality of education in local community by addressing adults (education professionals, parents, stakeholders etc.)

Description of the practice*
We started from the analize of the individual work reports of the employees. We have extracted the long and short term needs and from that we designed projects to attract non-refundable grants, training and development opportunities for the staff and for the learners we work with.
In 2020 we received accreditation from the Ministry of Education on a training course for teachers https://adapt-cjrae-arges.ro/wp/formare/
Nowdays we implement:
