Your Professional Partner

The campaign to promote technical vocational and dual vocational education organized within the project "Your professional partner" ("Partenerul tău professional”) aims to inform and advise parents on the trends of the labor market, to present them with solutions for developing practical skills and choosing a career suitable for young people, as well as to increase the number of qualified specialists at local and county level. Together with representatives of the Alba County Council, Alba County School Inspectorate and Alba County Center for Educational Resources and Assistance, representatives of the county's business environment and vocational school graduates share their experience and professional path. An important aspect emphasized by former graduates of technical and dual vocational education is the impact that running this type of education has not only on their professional development, but also on their personal development. All these experiences are important as a concrete example for students who are in the process of identifying their future profession, the career path they want.

The campaign is organized since 2019 in educational units in the county, and every year information is provided to students, parents and teachers on labor market trends in the county, opportunities offered by economic agents in the county, the educational offer of educational units, as well as practical aspects related to the career guidance process.

The information campaign in the educational establishments is finalized with the organization of the event dedicated to the "Educational Offers Fair - A chance for everyone" where for 2 days secondary school students can visit the stands of the educational establishments and partner economic agents. Information on the opportunities offered by the secondary schools is provided by high school student volunteers.
