The Career Development Service is a part of the Centre for Youth Support - a specialized program for improving the employability of young people from vulnerable groups (e.g. young people in foster care, young people at risk, NEETs, etc.). Through this program, young people could get the individual career counselling and develop the skills needed in the labour market through participation in group training programs. The group training program is based on the methodology of applied theatre that empower young people to learn through experience and practice their skills in a safe environment. The key topics of "The Career Development Service" are recognizing and presenting the skills and qualifications, decision-making and goals-setting, time management, active job-search, creating CV and motivation letter, overcoming anxiety on the job interview, setting professional boundaries, business and assertive communication and accepting the feedback.
