Council Resolution in the field of Guidance (2004)

Strengthening Policies, Systems and Practices in the field of Guidance throughout life in Europe is a Council Resolution adopted by the EU Member States in 2004. Through the resolution, the ministers agreed on an EU action plan to develop lifelong guidance systems in all countries—that is, systems in which everyone has access to high-quality guidance and where well-developed mechanisms for quality assurance are also in place.
