Europass Decision 2018
DECISION (EU) 2018/646 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 2018 on a common framework for the provision of better services for skills and qualifications (Europass) sets out the goal to establish a new Europass platform.
Europass is the European tool to manage your skills and plan your learning and your career. As a framework of online tools and information it helps people to communicate their skills, qualifications and experiences to take the next step in their career.
The Europass platform was relaunched on 1 July 2020 as one of the flagship actions of the Skills Agenda.
One of the tasks given to member states in the Europass decision is to promote and provide information on services offering guidance for transnational learning mobility and career management, including, where appropriate, individual guidance services.
