"Career and Mobility" no. 11 - annual publication on career guidance services in Serbia and Europe

Since 2014, Euroguidance Serbia has published "Career and Mobility" - the annual publication on career guidance trends and news in Serbia and Europe. In September 2024, the 11th issue of “Career and Mobility” was published in English, so it is our pleasure to share this publication with you. This issue brings you information and interesting news about new resources, tools and activities developed in Serbia and other European countries.

The lead story covers a series of webinars developed by an international interagency working group, focusing on the future of career guidance and counselling (CGC), new trends and the influence of digital transformation and the modern labour market on CGC services. In addition, you will find an interview with a representative of the European Training Foundation - ETF, who is also one of the authors and hosts of a new podcast on youth skills. Furthermore, this issue presents the Europass Mobility document in detail, as one of the free tools for showcasing the knowledge and skills acquired through mobility, which may be an important part of both teachers’ and students’ career portfolios. We also bring you other news relevant to CGC and mobility, such as past and upcoming events, available publications and ongoing projects.
