MONITORING AND EVALUATING LIFELONG GUIDANCE SYSTEMS ACROSS EUROPE

Cedefop, the European centre for the Development of Vocational Training, has recently published a briefing note on monitoring and evaluating lifelong guidance systems across Europe. Gathering evidence on what works best is key to designing holistic guidance services for individuals and the labour market. Quality, responsive and sustainable guidance systems and services that reach people are paramount. Evidence shows that countries increasingly use IT tools and novel communication channels for service delivery. 

With this briefing note Cedefop aims to building a shared understanding of what it takes to design guidance systems and provision responding to today’s requirements.
