TCA on Career Guidance as an Inclusion Support Tool kicked off in Serbia on the first day of Global Careers Month

This TCA aims to explore how CGC services influence the inclusion process and results for marginalized students from diverse cultural backgrounds, and how these services can be structured, delivered and enriched to increase the likelihood of favorable outcomes. The event gathers experienced career practitioners from nine countries and from three educational sectors: school education, VET and adult education.
The three-day training will offer a variety of learning opportunities including a keynote address from an expert in socio-developmental psychology, two hands-on workshops from career practitioners and a panel on digital tools for career guidance services for refugees and migrants. Additionally, a field visit is scheduled to a local social enterprise that offers career guidance services to young Roma, as well as a session to explore opportunities for developing tools and cooperation on the topic within the Erasmus + project framework.
The TCA opened on 5th November, the first day of Global Careers Month. It is organized by the Foundation Tempus (NA Serbia), and the national Euroguidance and Europass centers which operate within it. This TCA is part of the wider framework of the LTA “Enhancing Inclusion through Guidance”, which explores the potential of CGC services to support and facilitate inclusion of different marginalized groups. The LTA partners are NA Austria, NA Denmark, NA Lithuania, NA Estonia and NA Serbia. More information about the LTA is available here, and upcoming events within the framework planned for Spring 2026 will be published on the Salto.edu platform.
