vulnerable client groups.
• The step-by-step and tailored approach reduce the
risk of dropping out of the guidance process.
Throughout the project, most partner organisations
recognized the added value and complementarity of
the GOAL service to their own services. This recognition
at local level has had a positive effect at central level.
