          Career self-management for the unemployed:
          training psychologists in an intervention model







          In Portugal, career counsellors perceive significant training needs in the context of career development
          and counselling. Although online modality has gained expression as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic,
          there is still concern to prove its effectiveness.
