Increasing the value of age: guidance in employers’ age management strategies
Acknowledgements
This report reflects Cedefop efforts to raise awareness of the role that guidance
plays in age management strategies in enterprises. It is the result of team work:
particular mention should be made of Cedefop expert Pedro Moreno da Fonseca
who supervised the study and of Bert-Jan Buiskool, Paul Vronhoof and Michel
Winnubst of Panteia who undertook the research and drafted the report (*).
