          Under the heading ‘Is guidance in Europe ready?’ Daniel Hailemariam, lecturer and self-employed practi-
          tioner in Sweden, discussed how to equip counsellors to provide guidance and counselling to individuals
          with different backgrounds and cultures. Due to multiculturalism, diversity, change in demographics
